Dear Deep Harbour Residents,

We were recently provided incorrect information regarding the use of the 3-digit speed code for gate access. Please disregard any previous instructions and use the following correct procedure.

To Open the Gate:

• Your guest, visitor, or delivery driver should enter your 3-digit speed code at the gate.

• The phone number associated with that speed code will receive a call.

• Answer the call and press 9 to open the gate.

• The # sign is not needed.

• Monthly assessments of $285 are due on the 1st of the month.  They are late if paid in full or partially after the 15th and will incur a late fee of $28.50 and interest of 18% per annum on any unpaid balance, per the Association Bylaws.  You should check your account balance in the TownSquare Portal and contact the Association Manager if you have questions.
